General

In the Objects tab, you can establish relation objects and, if desired, link them to a schedule. A relation object can be anything like boats or cars. A boat of a member can then be linked to a berth. For example, you can link a car to a parking space or a garage.

Creating blank fields

  • To create blank fields, go to the Management Center.
    • In the main menu, choose Management Center
    • Click on Member management
    • Select the Maintain blank fields item

You can choose from:

Text fields Fields in which you enter a short text
Journal fields A notepad function in which multiple lines of text can be placed
Date fields Selectable with a calendar
Number fields (whole number) Whole numbers
Number fields (decimal number) Decimal numbers, such as money amounts
Choice fields A multiple choice answer
Yes / No fields A Yes or No answer

 

  • • In the Field description you enter the question or information you want to know.
    • Click the Save button
    • At the top you will see the added 2 fields.
    • By clicking the down arrow or the up arrow in the Order on screen column, you can determine the order of the fields.

    If you use the fields Choices fields and / or Yes / No fields you will also see an IconS Edit Edit icon.
    • Click on the edit icon for a Selection field to create the different options.

  • Click at a Yes/no field on the edit icon to set the standard value (empty, yes or no)
