How does it work?

A course plan consists of at least one activity, or a fictitious activity.
A fictitious activity takes place on a date that is not yet known. (temporary date). We actually talk about pre-registration from a date up to and including a certain date.

  • An activity has one or more days where it is performed.
  • An activity can have a presence card.
  • An activity can have a claim state in combination with presence.
  • An individual day can always be added to the presence claim state.
  • Participants in the activity can be placed in the claim or attendance card.
  • The claim is made up of a number of "test points."
  • These test points can be entered per person.
  • From the organization, employees can get rights to fill this out.

3 varieties for registration

  1. Based on pre-registration (planning) with classification afterwards
    • If necessary, create the category for activity
    • Create one activity for registration, this will be the planning
    • Share after signing up
    • pre-registration is regulated by free fields on the basis of preference
  2. Based on registration in the desired activity (eg course)
    • Create category for activity
    • Create all activities for the direct registration in desired activity
  3. Based on pre-registration (planning) with classification afterwards
    • Create all activities in order to be able to specify the preferences
    • Share after signing up
