Setting up Ports and Passers-by (service center)

Install Harbour/Passers (Mangagementcenter)

With the module "Harbor / passers-by" in E-Captain you can easily keep track of your guests / passers administration. From booking a berth to invoicing. This way you always have insight into the number of passers-by, free berths and the planning.

The passantenmodule handles the registration and financial settlement of the free berths that are available at a water sports association or company that has its own port. The berths to be used are all those places indicated in e-Captain as passers-by. A 'fixed' berth can in fact be designated as a place of passage if the place is empty.
It is not automatically the case that all moorings are passant places. A water sports association or company can also have places that are permanently in operation but are also billed as a fixed berth to the customer. The place, however, never has to be released in theory and practice. Prior to using the passer-by module, you will place a number of settings that you would like to use in the passenger module.

Points of interest:

• Informing the harbor master if a member states that he or she will not be in the port for several days or longer with the boat.
• What does the invoice line look like that appears on an invoice?
• From which time during the day up to and including the time of the day a passant is registered.
• This also has to do with the list of free berths.
• Members may indicate via my Captain that they are temporarily not present at the association.
• The member receives an e-mail after completing the absence at the port.

The following screen shows the settings that are used with the passers-by. You can find these in the management center.
