Reporting

Using Reporting, you can generate a number of types of lists from the membership.

  • System lists are lists that are available as standard in the system.
  • Own lists can be created by the users.
  • The format in which the data is presented is different. You can create an HTML page; you can use this for instance in a website. If you select a List, Contact card, Envelope or Label, a pdf file will be created.

You can also export a spreadsheet with data, being able to view and edit data with Microsoft Excel.  CSV files are used to import into other types of database. CSV files are unformatted files; that is separated by e.g. commas.
