e-Captain can automatically send an e-mail at night to all the birthday members in which you congratulate them. You need a report for a birthday card. This report lists all members and their birth dates. This report indicates which particular group, members / old members or everyone is sent.
• Click on Member management in the main menu.
• Select Report generator in the submenu.
• Make a report with a selection of the members to whom the birthday card may be sent.

After the report is made, the card must be adjusted. e-Captain has supplied a template for the birthday card.
• Go to Mailing in the main menu
• Click on the Templates folder and open the template Birthday card
• Change the map if necessary.
