e-Captain uses styling to create the layout for documents. Using templates you can create the layout for your organisation to be used for invites, on the website and in emails.
To create templates in the mailing module:
- In the main menu click on Mailing
- Select the folder Templates.

- In the Templates folder you will see the standard e-Captain templates as well as the designs which you’ve created.
- If this is the first time you’ve opened templates you will only see the standard e-Captain templates.
