Add your own labels

To add your own labels, go to:

  • Select Management Centre from the main menu.
  • Select Reporting
  • Then select Define labels

  • You can adapt several fields in the screen that opens.

  • Enter an original name to easily find the label.

  • Enter the height and width of the label page.

  • Enter the height and width of the label.

  • Enter the margin of the text on the label.

  • Enter the number of columns and rows for the labels on the label page.

  • Enter the font size of the label font to be printed on the label.

  • Set the alignment of the text on the label.

  • Set how many labels to print, e.g. 14 x the same address label on one label page:

  • Select the Add button to add the labels.

Print own labels

To print your own labels:

  • Go to Membership management.
  • Select the member who’s labels you intend to print; this can also be your own organisation in case you intend to print address labels for your own club.

  • Select the To reports button

  • Select the created label, in this case the label for manuals.
  • Select the View list button and print this.

 

No address labels

It may be that you would like to print other information than Name, Address and City. You may e.g. want to print name tags for a meeting.

  • When printing, select the report, the export and tick the Report Mode box.

The labels will now no longer be printed with the standard Name, Address, City mode, but with the information that you collected in the report that you have selected.
