Adding a non-member

Adding non-members happens the same way as adding members:

  • In the main menu, select Membership Management.
  • Click on New.
  • From the drop-down box, select the New non-member option.

Non-members can be:

  • A passer-by
  • Contacts from local bodies
  • Contacts from the business community
  • Sponsors and advertisers

The difference between members and non-members lies in the data that is stored related to the person; e.g. the Sports Association tab is missing.

  • You can use the Create Member button to turn a non-member into a member.
