Create reminders

Unpaid invoices can automatically be re-generated as a reminder after a number of days.

  • In the main menu choose Invoicing.
  • In the Invoicing submenu select Create reminders.

  • Select the reminders which need to be sent by ticking the checkbox.

  • Click on the button Create reminders. Select between the options Reminder and Reminder with direct payment.

  • Once created the following message will appear:

When creating Reminders, e-Captain will take care of the export. Members who have selected to receive invoices by email will immediately receive a reminder email. For members who have chosen post/mail, a PDF file will open which can then be printed.

 

 

Reprint Invoice reminders

Reminders can be reprinted, just like invoices.

  • In the main menu select Invoicing.
  • In the Invoicing submenu select Reminders again.

  • Select the needed reminder and tick the checkbox.
  • Then click on the button Create reminders.

  • A pop up window will appear with PDF files of the reminders for easy printing.
