Setting up users & permissions for Accountancy

 

General

You can manage users and permission with the option Rights/Users in het Home menu. In many cases you need to set up permissions for the module as well as for the Management Centre.

Permissions are subdivided in a few options.

lees-rechten Read permissions
toevoegen-rechten Add permissions
bewerken-rechten Edit permissions
verwijderen-rechten Delete permissions
mappen-beheren-rechten Maintain folders permissions (only applicable for Websitemanagement and Mailing)
selecteer-alles-rechten Select all permissions at once

Setting up permissions for Accountancy

  • Go to the option Rights/Users in the Home menu, select the user and click Edit.
  • Select the Accounts part
  • Check the desired permissions
  • Click Save

  • Search for Accountancy
  • Check the desired permissions
