Our employees support e-Captain users and administrators on a daily basis. In many cases, our employees look into your own e-Captain version. Because it is not always possible for our employees to check who they have on the phone or who has sent an email, we use the helpdesk code.

The helpdesk code

The helpdesk code is a unique, personal code that identifies you with our employees. Without the helpdesk code, our employees cannot and are not allowed to view your e-Captain version.

The helpdesk code is also only valid for a limited time to prevent third parties from misusing the helpdesk code.

You can find your helpdesk code in your personal settings in e-Captain.

  • In e-Captain, go to the Home menu and select Member profile.

  • From the main menu, go to Help / manuals and select the Helpdesk option.

e-Captain has a very extensive Member Management package. We offer several basic trainings which teach you to work with e-Captain in an accessible way.  The trainings take place at our office in  's-Hertogenbosch.
