Activities list icons

You can plan activities for members in the activities overview. The overview can be pubished on the website and also exported to MS Excel size. You can link people in the activities so that a schedule is created. Think of a barschedule, trainingsschedule, match schadule, functionschedule et cetera. This chapter explains the mainscreen of the activities overview and it's functions.

IconM NoDel Activity can not be deleted because members are already linked. If there are participants in an activity that have paid, you will have to manually deposit those participants back.

 

 

Sections activities list

You can add several calendars in e-Captain. You can then link categories to calendars.

  • Go to Management centre in the main menu
  • Select Activities
  • Select Activities list
  • Select the calendar that you would like to adapt.
  • Using the New button, you can create a new activity
  • With the Remove button, you can remove a selected activity.

  • Year:: You can use the following extended menu to change years. You will see the activities planned for the selected year and deselect activities from the past.

  • Calender:: This extended menu shows the calenders. You can create several calender groups.

  • Categories: You can select which categories are displayed by ticking the boxes.
  • The activities list differs between the categories by colour. You can adjust the colours in the Management Centre.

  • Hide history: You can hide activities from the past, so they won't show in the current activities list within the Activities module.

  • Search: The search field makes it possible to search within the activitieslist. This function can be convinient when you have many activities in the overview.

Reporting

In the Activities Module you'll find Reporting. In there, a view activities lists will make you able to gather information about various activities fast and easy.

 

  • Click on Activities in the main menu.
  • Choose for Reporting in the sub menu

 If you choose System Lists you can select the report you want t see. In Execution you choose Standard HTML to make the report directly visible on your screen. If you prefer a paper version, choose List A4 (PDF) or excel (*.xls). The option CMS page allows you to show the report on your website.
