The report generator allows you to allocate a group or item to a fixed column. You can use this method for all standard queries with member information. So you do not have to use the standard query for Members and groups.
Imagine that you intend to create a list with the number of trainers. The group composition looks as follows:
In the report generator you can select for the report column Group item (choose).
If you add this column to the report, select group item Trainers Team A. Click on Properties. You will see a pop-up screen in which you can select the group item to link to the column
You can also get to this screen by selecting the attribute button for the selected column. We add another field Group item (selection) and select for that Trainers Team B.
The final result is a list with a number of separate columns for each group item. This way, you can also see if somebody has been sorted for two group items.
