Calculate subscription fee for each member type

• In the main menu select Management Centre.
• Select Subscription fees.
• Click on Setting subscription fees.

If you choose to use automatic subscription fee rules, then one of the options is to calculate subscription fees based on membership type.

To create membership types:

• In the main menu select Management Centre.
• Select Subscription fees.
• Click on Maintain member type.

• To add a new type of member click on the    icon.

• Once you have created the member type click on Save.

Link subscription fee based on membership type to a member

Now it is possible to link members to a membership type. This is done in Member Management.

• Open Member management and the membership card of the member.
• In the membership card go to the tab Membership.
• Choose a membership type in the drop down menu after Membership type (for example, Adult membership)
• Click on Save.

• Once you have saved these changes, you will see a line with the subscription fee.

• This will also be automatically added to the items tab.

Individual manual subscription fees

If your association has members who have different subscription arrangements, it is possible to create a special group. It is also possible to manually enter the subscription fee.

• Open Member management and the membership card of the member.
• In the membership card go to the tab Membership.

In the example above there is an option to enter Manual subscription fees. This can be used to set temporary (‘this year’) or permanent alternative subscriptions fee for a member.

• The example below shows the item created based on membership type (Adult membership,€40).

If you have activated manual subscription fees for a member and entered an amount, then this setting will override the standard fee associated with their membership type.

• Below you see a fee of €25 will be invoiced this year for this member. The following year this setting will expire and they will automatically be charged the fee associated with their membership (Adult membership).
